Responsible for the development of Asset Management business at Dancker with primarily new and possibly existing customers. Work with the sales leadership to maximize Asset Management Sales and Outsourcing opportunities in pre-determined geography in the Northeast. This includes identifying potential accounts, making presentations to customers, developing proposals and following up with prospective clients to close new business.
Responsible for the development of an annual business plan for the Asset Management Division. This should include sales estimates and the development of annual budgets by type of service.
Develops and carries out major corporate account strategies in conjunction with sales teams and sales leadership.
Participates in formulating short and long-range sales and account development goals and new business objectives for the Asset Management Division.
Coordinates activities of department or division for which responsibility is delegated by directing and coaching individual’s to attain goals and objectives.
Work with Accounting to assist in the development of financial reporting data, making sure that accurate, timely and informative data is collected and maintained. Insure work is accurately billed and costed to the proper orders and accounts.
Promotes, develops, and maintains relationships with major suppliers, customers and other market influencers in an effort to gain new business for all available services.
Confers with President, CFO, and VP/General Manager and Director of Sales to review and discuss sales and business development activity, achievements, sales reports and discuss required changes in goals and objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Prior sales experience necessary with a track record of winning business. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
