Asset & Inventory Management
Lower costs, improve efficiencies, and reduce operational down times.
We own and operate a 250,000 sf, fully-racked, and climate-controlled warehouse as well as a 42,000 sf distribution center to support day to day delivery and installation. Our team of 36 full-time non-union operations employees and 20 full-size freight trucks and service vehicles enables us to easily handle the logistics of receiving, delivering, and installing your assets as planned.
Your organization’s assets make up a large and costly financial investment. Storing excess furniture can mean maintaining expensive real estate simply for storage. Our asset management team works with you to create a tailored plan to store, maintain, and reassign existing assets in real-time via our secure website portal, Status Action.
Healthcare facilities have unique asset management requirements. Beyond the purchasing and delivery of expensive and sensitive equipment from over 40 vendors, moves often involve many phases, clinical training requirements, and biomedical inspections. Our Healthcare Solutions team provides a streamlined management of equipment procurement, short-term storage, and complete installation services. We can also coordinate biomedical inspections and help you meet your clinical training requirements.
We offer a systematic approach that promotes asset mobilization, space utilization, and expeditious re-use of your physical assets. We can help you reduce your capital expenditures and re-use existing assets that are made visible on a dedicated web-site designed to support your business.
Our online inventory and asset management tool gives you 24/7 web-based access to view your asset’s detailed information at any time. Easily search, browse, strategize, and redeploy your assets with a few simple clicks. Through Status Action’s interface, you can significantly reduce your capital expenditures by accessing your assets’ re-use analysis, as well as reports on cost avoidance and churn.
All delivery requests are entered into our system in alignment with established project schedules. Requested assets are retrieved and prepared for delivery. A delivery matrix is sent to the entire project team within 24 hours of each anticipated delivery. Our clients have achieved an annual average of 22,800+ units of furniture and equipment re-used from stored inventory versus buying new, which has generated a combined cost avoidance of $5.4 million.
From the initial planning through post-installation phases, we provide consistent leadership and frequent communication as your single-source contact throughout your entire project. A single point of contact is assigned to your project and they attend project meetings, develop delivery/installation schedules and oversee all move-related actions on your project. For healthcare clients, we also coordinate Bio-Medical inspections, DOH Preparation and Clinical Staff Equipment Training.
Your assets are safely prepared for protected shipment and are unloaded on-site into each allocated room and location. Our installation team assembles and installs all equipment as required and provides status reports to the project team on a predetermined basis.
