Multiple Locations

When the opportunity to present to SKIDATA emerged, we were excited to learn about this market leader celebrating 40 years of “Driving Your Digital Future” and share ideas how we could help them buildout their space in truly differentiated way. By sharing industry trends driven by today’s changing workforce, our conversation turned from how to fit out the space plan they had developed with their building architect to rethinking how their space could help move their brand and image forward.

SKIDATA recognized that inviting clients into their spaces for system demonstrations is a key formula to their success. It was paramount that they renovate all their facilities to reflect the company’s image as a trendsetter in technology. They wanted to create an inspired environment that included a variety of different collaborative spaces to discuss projects and interact with their clients.

dancker worked closely with SKIDATA and DMR Architects and to develop solution that integrated modular construction, furniture, and technology elements. We introduced DIRTT modular construction approach and created a unique solution that featured special imaging to promote SKIDATA’s brand, mission and company culture. The standards provided enough flexibility and customization to work across all of their existing facilities as well as future locations for this growing organization. This allowed the personalities at each office, currently in five states, to shine while maintaining an overall corporate brand that remained clear.

Because of our collaboration with DIRTT and the ability to provide detailed specifications to produce the pre-engineered walls with absolute precision, we were able to meet their schedules and deliver projects quickly and without any punchlist items, typical in traditional construction methods.
