Hikma’s new headquarters design provides employees with a functional workspace within a hospitality environment, rather than a traditional office.

Occupying the 4th floor of one of Connell’s newly renovated and amenity-equipped buildings, Hikma wanted an environment that represented their global brand and family roots.

We worked with Hikma, Studio 1200 and Unity Construction to achieve their goals by including a variety of collaborative spaces that encourage employees to gather, while private offices allow employees to retreat and focus. Open plan workstations were purposefully outfitted with temporary screens and panels to address COVID concerns, and can be removed down the road post-COVID.
