The hospital’s move from Ridgewood to its new location in Paramus required an immense effort to source, deliver, and install thousands of new items across a vast and highly specialized campus. The project encompassed a wide variety of needs, including medical equipment, patient care furniture, office furnishings, and other essential hospital infrastructure, all within a complex and ever-evolving construction timeline. Additionally, the hospital had to ensure that every piece was coordinated and installed precisely to fit into the carefully designed, efficient layout.​

Our team worked closely with the project’s architects and contractors to understand the unique needs of each department and medical area. Over the course of the project, careful inventory management and real-time communication were essential. The project required an organized timeline for the delivery of over 100 truckloads of furnishings and medical equipment, all of which had to arrive in the correct sequence to ensure that each department was ready for installation.
