As Senior Vice President of People & Culture, Lauren Gaul is responsible for shaping the employee experience and people strategy at dancker. She leads initiatives that support talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness, culture, engagement, total rewards, and leadership development across the organization.
Lauren is passionate about helping people thrive at work. She believes that when employees feel valued, supported, and connected to a meaningful purpose, both individuals and organizations can achieve extraordinary things. Her focus is on creating an environment where people can do their best work, grow professionally, and build rewarding careers.
Known for her people-first approach, Lauren partners closely with leaders and employees across dancker to strengthen teams, foster a culture of belonging, and support the company’s continued growth. She is dedicated to aligning talent and business strategies in ways that help individuals, teams, and the organization succeed together.
Lauren is also a strong advocate for continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, and creating opportunities for people to reach their full potential. Through her leadership, she helps ensure that dancker remains a place where employees feel inspired to contribute, develop, connect, and thrive.
Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in English from The Catholic University of America and holds a master’s degree from Saint Elizabeth University.
