AUSA is a non-profit educational organization that supports America’s Army, including Active, Guard, and Reserve as well as Army Civilians, Retirees, and Families. Serving as the voice for the Army and support for Soldiers, AUSA’s General Gordon R. Sullivan Conference and Event Center in Arlington, VA provides AUSA an inviting meeting facility with advanced technologies and amenities to support a variety of needs for the Army and community.
dancker’s integrated technology contractor, DBE Systems, has provided integrated technology solutions for multiple projects since 2009. Our initial engagement was an upgrade to their 1st floor conference venues. Since then, we’ve also equipped a streaming studio on the 5th floor used for Generals to be able to talk with and connect deployed servicemen with their families. In 2023, our team completed the installation of 4th floor conferencing center. In 2024, we refreshed the 1st floor conference venues.
AUSA required a conference center that represented the stature United States Army and that of the. As a non-profit, they also needed to ensure that their new facility could become a revenue generator for the Association to support funding their initiatives. With that in mind, DBE focused on designing innovative solutions that would provide a maximum return on their investment.
To ensure we were meeting the exact expectations for delivering a high-end system for the United States Army, we participated in regular meetings with the chief of staff as well as the leaders of the Association to ensure a successful outcome by encouraging communication between all contractors involved. We applied our design to build methodology to ensure designing systems that would meet clients needs and be easily managed and maintained by Association with our service support.
Our commitment to providing exceptional service has contributed to a successful relationship with both the architect and the general contractor on all projects for the Army and the Association.
Since 2009, DBE has demonstrated a true partnership with the Association as we have continued to develop the technology within the Association’s headquarters as well as assisting with the workplace technology designs for the Army Museum at Fort Belvoir.
AUSA annually hosts the largest convention in DC that brings together United States armed forces.
