Getinge is a leading global provider of products and systems that contribute to quality enhancement within healthcare and life sciences. In an effort to consolidate their real estate portfolio, Getinge recognized the need to change their workplace standards to accommodate more employees in their existing Wayne, NJ space.

They also seized the opportunity to create a modern space to better support how their employees work. They wanted a place that represented their brand and culture while inspiring employees to focus on their mission: saving more lives together with their customers.

The facility already had good ceiling and lighting options in place – which meant they were able to focus their budget on furniture and technology. dancker worked with Getinge to update their workplace standards by analyzing options to minimize the square foot per person and increase the number of collaboration and focus spaces. The goal was to give employees greater choice over where and how they work.
