Like most of us, I have a couple of different roles at the company. I get energized when strategizing on new opportunities to support our customers and grow the business.

The people at Dancker all have what I call heart…a shared passion to do more without needing to be asked. It’s this intangible trait that led me to join the company and be part of a team dedicated to doing the right thing, always.

The best leaders leave their egos at the door and let their teams shine. This is how teams learn from each other, freely share their strengths and are able to truly innovate.

The key to a meaningful life for me is connectedness. I focus on building relationships and find that the truly meaningful ones are all worth the work.
