With his broad experience working with both public and private global institutions, Nathan is widely recognized for his ability to partner with clients and successfully deliver great experiences wherever work happens.
As President, Nathan leads with a strategic vision to unify people, processes, and solutions across all facets of commercial environments. With a deep understanding of the built environment, he helps orchestrate the integration of furniture, architectural products, technology, and logistics—ensuring seamless project delivery and remarkable client experiences. His role bridges leadership and execution, aligning business goals with innovative, human-centered space solutions.
Prior to joining dancker, Nathan served in various roles at Steelcase, including Business Development Manager in Florida, Dealer Business Manager in the Southeast, and Regional Sales Manager over Steelcase sales in New York and New Jersey.
Nathan is a graduate of Calvin College and recently earned his Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
