My career with Dancker has spanned 30 years, beginning in the warehouse through leading the Operations Team. As a leader, I find satisfaction in the process of recognizing talent, connecting them to opportunity for growth, and resourcing their continued success.

The challenge of delivering successful projects is what I thrive on – leading strategies and building teams to read and react to situations as they arise. Our top priority is the success of the people we serve from project kick-off through punch list resolution.

The company’s future is very exciting. We are all driven to keep innovating, improving and growing our core business. With my experience to date and involvement across divisions of the organization, I continue to see the potential beyond contract furniture and look forward to diverse areas of growth.

My wife, Linda, is a major source of encouragement; her words of wisdom and common sense continue to keep me grounded. My whole life, I have been very fortunate to be surrounded by influential women – from my mother who instilled in me a strong work ethic, to passing on that same value to my daughter. And today, we have the opportunity to enjoy two beautiful granddaughters. My new mission in life is to spoil them!
