Washington, DC – July 8, 2026 – dancker, a leading Integrated Interior Solutions firm, announced the appointment of Jason Cummins as Senior Vice President, Operations. The addition reflects dancker’s strategic commitment to building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Cummins brings more than 30 years of experience in operational growth and development within the office furniture industry. His approach centers on improving execution, fostering collaboration across the organization, and creating scalable processes that support sustainable growth.

“Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a unique ability to bring people together, improve processes, and drive meaningful results,” said Steve Lang, CEO of dancker. “As we continue to invest in our operations and our people, his leadership will play an important role in helping us deliver on our promises to clients while supporting the long-term growth of our organization. Jason will continue to strengthen our thoughtful and comprehensive succession planning for key positions throughout our organization, supporting the long-term vision that has driven dancker’s success for nearly 200 years.”

Most recently, Cummins served as Vice President of Operations at Price Modern, where he was instrumental in leading the growth of a high-performing field services organization and cultivating strategic customer relationships that expanded asset management opportunities and enhanced client retention. Through strong collaboration with sales, project management, and operations teams, he created a culture of accountability and execution that ensured customer objectives were achieved at the highest level.

His career also includes leadership positions with Bialek Healthcare and Delta Installation Group, where he developed expertise in leading project installations, labor pricing, customer service support, project management, and sales strategy.

“I am incredibly excited to join dancker and become part of a company with such a strong reputation, rich history, and talented team,” said Cummins. “From my first interactions, it has been clear that dancker’s success is driven by exceptional people, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for serving customers. I look forward to learning from my colleagues, building on the tremendous foundation already in place, and working together to achieve even greater success. The future is bright, and I am excited about what we will accomplish as one team.”

Cummins holds several certifications and accreditations, including Solomon Coyle Project Management, IACET OSHA 30, and Idealease Private Fleet Safety and Compliance certifications. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting seniors in need, outdoor recreation, and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
