Somerville, NJ – January 29, 2026 – dancker, a leading Integrated Interior Solutions firm, announced the appointment of Lauren Gaul as Senior Vice President, People + Culture. The role reflects dancker’s strategic commitment to elevating human capital as a driver of competitive differentiation and long-term growth.
Gaul brings extensive experience in translating workforce strategy into measurable business outcomes. Her approach centers on creating environments where employee engagement directly fuels organizational performance, a philosophy that aligns with dancker’s evolution as an employer of choice in the interior solutions industry.
Most recently, Gaul served as Director of People and Talent Strategy at Mars Snacking, where she architected and implemented comprehensive talent and culture initiatives across the North American Snacking division. Her career spans leadership positions with globally recognized organizations including Coach Inc., Guess? “I am excited to join dancker and proud to contribute its continued success, carrying forward its strong foundation while helping create a future defined by growth, purpose and impact.” says Gaul.
According to dancker CEO Steve Lang, Gaul’s appointment culminates an extensive search for a leader who could bridge business acumen with people-centered strategy. “Lauren understands that talent strategy isn’t a support function, it’s fundamental to how we compete and win,” Lang said. “Her belief that every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen commitment and performance resonates deeply with our values and vision for the future.”
Gaul holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management from the University of Saint Elizabeth.
