Annually, we host our Reimagine Your Classroom contest, welcoming entries from public, private, charter, and magnet schools (enrolling over 125 students in grades K–12) within our communities. Each year, our panel of judges meticulously selects one winner from the many inspiring submissions. Witnessing the transformative impact on both individuals and spaces has been truly remarkable.
dancker’s annual Mini Golf Masters Fundraiser in Washington, DC brings together colleagues, partners, and friends for a night of fun, friendly competition, and community impact. Participants test their putting skills in support of Mission 22, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting active service members, Veterans, and their families.

Our annual Halloween Costume Party benefits Good Grief, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting children and families coping with the loss of a loved one.
Guests celebrate the season in style by dressing up in their scariest or most creative costumes, with $1,000 in prizes awarded to the best looks. The evening features festive food and drinks, themed activities, and raffle prizes—all designed to raise funds and awareness for an important cause.

While working with our client in decommissioning their space, our asset and inventory management team was able to help another, Rise, to furnish their new space where they continue to support members of their community.
Feeding Hands, found themselves displaced after Hurricane Ida in 2021. After securing a permanent home 2 years later, we facilitated the logistics to deliver and install furniture released from our asset inventory management program.
We’re proud of our incredible dancker + Steelcase team for coming together to support Georgetown University in their annual BellRinger Ride to fight cancer. Many of our team members volunteered their time, and some even suited up to ride and raise funds for this impactful mission, which has raised over $4.3 million since 2022. Every dollar supports groundbreaking cancer research at Georgetown University’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, advancing innovative treatments and fueling the fight for a cancer-free future.
We believe in the power of giving back. When New Jersey Blood Services declared an emergency due to a 30% drop in donations, our Employee Engagement team knew we had to take action.
Our recent blood drive brought together employees, family members, community members, and partners to help address the critical supply shortage.
After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mike has continued his commitment to service by supporting Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania, an organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Our Pennsylvania team is proud to partner with VOPA by furnishing their facility and collecting essential items to support veterans in need throughout the Harrisburg area.
